1. Who we are
The website https://esseli.md (the “site” or “ESSÉLI”) is operated by S.R.L. KATALEYA BEAUTY CONCEPT, IDNO 1026023135717, registered at str. 2. Scope
These terms govern the use of the site and every order placed through it. Placing an order means you accept these terms, the Returns Policy and the Privacy Policy. Professional customers (salons, clinics, technicians) may be offered separate trade terms agreed in writing.
3. Products and prices
All prices are in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include applicable taxes. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout, before you confirm. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors; in that case we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel at no cost. Product images are illustrative; packaging may differ.
4. Ordering and contract formation
You order by adding products to the bag and completing the checkout form. Before confirming you can review and correct what you entered. After placing the order you receive an order number and an electronic acknowledgement. The contract is formed when the Seller confirms the order (by phone or e-mail). We may decline an order where stock has run out, contact details are incorrect or fraud is suspected.
5. Payment
Available methods: cash on delivery (to the courier or at store pickup), bank transfer and, once enabled, card payment through the Seller's payment provider. Card details are never stored on our site. A fiscal receipt or invoice is issued for every order.
6. Delivery
We deliver throughout the Republic of Moldova. Options, rates and estimated times are shown at checkout. [Delivery rates and times — to be added]. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the parcel. Please check the parcel on receipt and report any damage to the courier and to us the same day.
7. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, as described in the Returns Policy. For hygiene and health-protection reasons, sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery (cosmetics, polishes, gels, single-use consumables, gloves, towels, bed sheets, wax strips, brushes, cosmetic accessories) cannot be returned. Goods configured or personalised to your specification cannot be returned.
8. Warranty and complaints
Goods are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. Electrical equipment (dryers, clippers, UV/LED lamps, e-files, wax heaters) carries a commercial warranty as per the warranty card in the parcel. The complaints register is available at the Seller's premises.
9. Use of professional products
Some products are intended for professional use only and must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions and the hygiene and safety rules applicable in salons. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use.
10. Intellectual property
Site content (text, images, logo, design) belongs to the Seller or its partners and may not be reproduced without written consent.
11. Liability
The Seller is not liable for temporary unavailability of the site or for indirect losses. Liability towards consumers is as provided by the law of the Republic of Moldova.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes are settled amicably where possible, otherwise by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova. Consumers may also contact the Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance Agency (consumator.gov.md).
13. Changes
We may update these terms; the version applicable to an order is the one published on the date it was placed.
